Hilton Engineering Plastics specialise in high quality tooling and plastic moulded components.  Since the mid-eighties we've been supplying virtually all sectors of industry including medical, automotive and electronics and are specialists in insert and encapsulation work.

Hilton Engineering Plastics commenced trading in September 1977, originally making tooling and has progressed into production plastic moulding. Our products are sold to a wide range of industries from Medical to Agricultural, Office Furniture to Domestic Appliances, Automotive and Aerospace.

We also offer a wide range of additional services from mechanical assembly, ultra-sonics, secondary printing, painting, coating and chrome plating. In addition, we offer an assembly service for our customers who require a more “Turn Key” approach, vital in modern manufacturing.

Hilton Engineering Plastics is ISO9000 (2000) registered as well as other various“Blue Chip” company approvals.

Our customers include large multinational companies, SME's and one man bands, having this diversity in industries served and customers enables us to bring a high level of skill and flexibility to ensure we meet your expectations.

Since 1977, our team has grown to 60 staff, 16 machines operating on a 24 hour production cycle, 5 days a week ensuring a flexible supply to meet our customer’s requirements. Hilton Engineering is a successful 2nd generation family business employing a team of 60.
