Device product
We produce a range of electrical connection
products. These products are moulded
and then assembled in our facility.
Each moulding is put through a set of
secondary processes to complete the
manufacturing cycle. Depending on the
variant being produced, these processes
can include: pressing/punching, machining,
drilling, inserting or fixing an addition
moulding to the primary moulding.
All of these processes are detailed
and the finished part is uniquely serialised
and documented through the process back
to material batch ID. Product is produced
in Kan Ban batches of 50 and supplied
weekly.
Due to the demanding nature
of the finished product application,
confidence in our process must be absolute.
Output can vary greatly over the full
range of products and all are and delivered
while maintaining agreed Stock buffer
level. |
