Base Assembly Solution |

We produce
a range of Fire Detector Bases. These products
are moulded and then assembled in our facility.
Mouldings are produced to a very high standard
and are then assembled into one of 20 variations
depending on end user specifications.
We conducted a study of the process and made
3 recommendations for the Assembly Solution:
Manual, Semi-Auto and Fully-Auto. Our customer
decided on the best fit for their strategy
and commissioned us to complete the production
process.
Each base has different requirements for the
metal inserts, screws, rivets and springs.
The bases are then packed to end user requirements
and stored to an agreed buffer level. Customer
call-offs as required and we replenish our
stock to ensure future deliveries are ready
when required.
Output
can exceed 25,000 assemblies per week and
all are produced and delivered within agreed
buffer level controls. |
