Injection Moulding
• 10 – 250 tonnes in house moulding capacity, with outsourced moulding capacity up to 3200 tonnes

We process all thermoplastic materials from highly advanced engineering materials like PAA, PPO, PPS & PEI through more standard engineering materials like POM, PA, PBT, PMMA , PC and also the main commodity material like PP, ABS, PS PE, PVC to name a few. If you have a requirement for a thermoplastic component we can do it.

Micro Moulding
Micro moulding the smallest components can present some challenges. We have dedicated machinery to cover this aspect of our service. Parts made during this process can weight less than 1 gram.

Insert Moulding
Insert moulding can be done within our injection moulding process with either metal or plastic inserts. Mostly the items inserted during this process are Brass Threaded inserts, Steel rods or previously formed components, metal or plastic.

It can be difficult to locate the insert and hold the insert in place during injection moulding. We overcome this by having dedicated vertical clamp units.

Over Moulding
Over moulding a previously injection moulded component to complete the design specification or characteristics as required. This process can aide the overall strength or function of a finished part as opposed to an assembly
