Hilton Engineering Plastics Ltd started production in the early 1970’s making press tools and injection moulding tools and very quickly added an injection moulding facility. Since then we have either been making or commissioning our tooling.

Toolmaking and tool modifications are now conducted at one of a small number of toolmakers who we have generated strong relationships with over our trading history. We use multiple toolmakers to ensure we achieve the best results and achieve our customers goals. By using multiple toolmakers we can ensure we get the best price whilst using the best process and best practice. In-house toolrooms’ can’t always invest in the latest equipment and therefore can’t always deploy the best process or best practice. Using our method we achieve can tailor our tooling solution to our and our customers tooling requirements.

We have an indepth knowledge of Hot Runner systems, Valve Gates, Hydraulic Cores, Deep Draw containers, unscrewing tools, Polishing, Mould Face Texturing, speciality coating, non slip coating. All the processes you might need to complete your product requirements.

Most importantly as the injection moulder with over 30 years of toolmaking experience we create tooling for production, tooling that is fit for purpose, tooling for the Customer.
